In early 2023, Isaac and Spencer began working with real estate agents after launching their marketing company. They quickly realized the software available to realtors was very poor and outdated and started asking important questions, such as:

What processes do you perform in your daily work?

What software do you rely on most?

How do you complete these processes?

What would you like to see in a software solution?

What are your biggest pain points as a realtor?

After gathering feedback from hundreds of real estate professionals and consulting with top realtors, they identified key areas for process optimization, which led to the creation of Dual MLS A.I. This user-friendly software allows realtors to perform actions easily by simply entering an address, making advanced tools accessible to everyone.
